Bellmouth & Oval Spigots

Designed for use as a general purpose take off/outlet for use with air conditioning and extraction systems.

Our unique Bellmouth Spigot is designed for fixing flexible ductwork to rigid sheet metal duct, and suits many other HVAC applications. The galvanised steel is manufactured on site in Melbourne using the latest column press technology, and our zinc die cast accessories are also made in Melbourne, making these products 100% Australian made.

Bellmouth spigots - plain

Sizes run from 150mm to 500mm in 50mm increments. Order codes are SPP then the size, e.g. SPP200 or SPP350. Options: add D for two 9mm holes punched ready for assembly (SPPD400), or add S for a swage 15mm from the top of the spigot (SPPS200).

Bellmouth spigots - assembled

Assembled spigots come complete with a damper blade and QSZE die cast raised quadrant set. Order codes are SPA then the size, e.g. SPA250 or SPA500. Add S for a swage 15mm from the top.

Our die cast quadrants can be bought as single units or as a set, depending on your need.

Oval spigots - assembled

Assembled oval spigots are sized to give the best possible airflow through a given duct size. Supplied complete with damper blade, quadrant set and bearing retaining clip. Order codes end with -O, e.g. SPA300-O.

Starting collars

Stop hunting for off-cuts: our starting collars come notched, with a scribe line for easy welding. Standard widths are 150mm and 200mm, with diameters from 150mm to 450mm. We can also assemble them complete with notched end, damper blade and swaged ends. Call us for details.
