Precision pressing on site
Using the latest technology, we specialise in precision metal pressing and blanking. Two stamping presses of 80 ton and 45 ton capacity are both fitted with coil straighteners and servo feeders accurate to within 0.1mm.
Our blanking and shearing service processes coil into almost any length with excellent cut quality: a flat, accurate, low burr result. Blanks can be packed in a number of ways to suit your requirements.
For contract metal pressing, our presses can be fitted with a variety of sensors that protect your tooling and flag issues before they become problems.
