Bellmouth & Oval Spigots
Smoothflo Products prides itself on their unique Bellmouth Spigot design. While this product is designed specifically for fixing flexible ductwork to rigid sheet metal duct the Bellmounth Spigots have many other applications in the HVAC industry. This galvanised steel product is manufactured onsite in Melbourne using the latest in column press technology. Smoothflo’s zinc die cast accessories are also manufactured in Melbourne, making these products 100% Australian made.
Bellmouth Spigots - Plain
Our spigots range in size from 150mm to 500mm in 50mm increments.
Order Codes are SPP then the size of the spigot e.g. SPP200, SPP350 etc

- Plain spigots with two 9mm holes punched, ready for assembly. Add “D” to order code e.g. SPPD400
- Swage 15mm from top of spigot. Add “S” to order code e.g. SPPS200

Oval Spigots - Assembled
Our assembled oval spigots are sized to get the best possible airflow through a given duct size. The oval spigots are supplied complete with damper blade, quadrant set and bearing retaining clip.
Oval spigot Order codes are designated by an O at the end e.g. SPA300-O
Starting Collars
Smoothflo Products also stocks a range of starting collars designed to help free up valuable time in your sheet metal shop. Why waste time trying to find off cuts of steel to make a starting collar when we can provide a collar already notched and with a scribe line for easy welding. These collars come in two standard widths of 150 mm and 200mm wide with diameters ranging from 150mm to 450mm. If you want we can do all the work for you and assemble the starting collars complete with notched end , damper blade and swaged ends if that’s what you require.
